About the project
A Dream of Lanna Living Reimagined
Vincent House is a large-scale private residential project located within the landscape of Summit Green Valley in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.
Set on approximately 6 rai of land, the project was conceived as a complete residential estate rather than a single house. The property brings together a collection of spaces and buildings designed to support different aspects of everyday life, including the main house, office, guesthouse, swimming pool, pavilion, garage, and maid’s accommodation.
At the heart of the design is the owner’s dream to experience the architectural character of Lanna culture while enjoying the comfort and convenience of contemporary living.
The project therefore explores how traditional Northern Thai architectural ideas can be reinterpreted for a modern lifestyle. Rather than recreating the past, the design seeks to express the spirit of Lanna architecture through a contemporary residential environment.
The lush landscape surrounding the property plays an equally important role. The estate is located within a golf course setting, providing a green and expansive backdrop for the architecture. The buildings and outdoor spaces are designed as part of a larger environment, creating a sense of connection between the residence and the landscape.
The result is a private estate that brings together Lanna identity, contemporary comfort, and the natural beauty of Mae Rim.
