Niwat Architects is a Chiang Mai-based architecture practice specializing in residential architecture, hospitality projects, Lanna contemporary architecture, sustainable design, renovation, and landscape design. We work with both local and international clients to create architecture that responds to its surroundings, culture, climate, and the way people live.
Niwat Architects is based in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand. We work on projects throughout Chiang Mai and the surrounding region, as well as selected projects in other areas of Northern Thailand.
Our work includes private houses, luxury residences, vacation homes, residential developments, hotels, boutique hotels, resorts, and renovation projects. We also provide landscape design and architectural consultant services.
